Do you have any focus areas or intentions for 2025? My two focus areas for this year are to honor myself with more self-care and to practice non-judgment. As part of my self-care, I have been reading about nutrition and I came upon this study from 2023. “Everyone can benefit from maintaining healthy blood glucose levels. Brown seaweeds have been studied and Clinical Trials have found that consuming brown seaweeds can reduce glucose levels.
