Ocean Harvest Sea Vegetables

Northern California wild-harvested edible seaweeds

serves 4

1 cup Dulse

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

½ head red cabbage

½ cup fresh dill, chopped

1 cucumber peeled

Juice of 1 lemon

Dash cayenne

Wet and chop dulse.  Shred cabbage and cucumber.  Combine all ingredients and serve.
