We flake seven varieties of brown, red, and green sea vegetables for their quality taste and nutritional benefits. Sea Lettuce, Sea Whip, Nori, Dulse, Wakame, Fucus and Sea Palm are sun-dried and flaked to create a sprinkle for your table that enlivens any meal. We mix them together for use as condiments, in soups, salads, spreads and anything you can creatively add sea veggies to!
All sea vegetables should be stored in airtight jars or bags in a dry, dark place; stored correctly, our products have a shelf life of over one year.
